After School Art: Clay & Ceramics

“Clay & Ceramics” with Instructor John Bartos

Students have an opportunity to work with clay to create their own one of kind ceramic pieces. Learn about various clay techniques including hand-building, coil pots, pinch pots, a quick lesson on how a ceramic kiln works and the firing process, and finish with learning to glaze the ceramic artworks.

4:00pm – 5:00pm | Ages 5-8

5:15pm – 6:15pm | Ages 9-12

At this time there will be no reception due to COVID-19. Max registration is 10 participants per session with a min. of 4. We recommend students to wear mask, this rule could change at anytime. PLEASE READ AND REVIEW THE STUDENT HANDBOOK. The student handbook is a guide to help parents and children with regards to behavior, questions about safety and payments, and other important information. The handbook can be found under the After School Art tab on the website. The handbook is updated frequently.
